1 General Provisions

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, address, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule will result in the permanent closure of all accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. lq999 reserves the right to close an account and forfeit all balances if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions at lq999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are set out below:

3.1 Deposit Terms

• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, the balance is generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawals may be suspended pending additional verification.
• For bank transfers, transactions can be made to major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. An explanation with examples is provided below:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳22,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 10 times (x10) the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• lq999 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

The lq999 VIP program has 5 tiers. Through regular gaming activity you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP tier determination and cashback calculation rules are at lq999's discretion and may be changed at any time. Cashback is paid each week according to a fixed schedule.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Playing games using software bots, automated scripts, or any automated method.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same network.
• Making artificial transactions with the intent to abuse the bonus or promotion system.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to steal information from other users.

If any of these rules are breached, lq999 may immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.
